Edgewater Custom Homes, Inc. is a full service new construction and remodeling company located in Tequesta, Florida specializing in high end residential projects located in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Edgewater was incorporated in 2002 and is owned and operated by Kurt Ewoldt. Kurt is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction, a licensed Florida General Contractor since 1995, and has over 30 years of experience in the South Florida construction profession with an in-depth knowledge of structural concrete and high-end finishes. Edgewater's business philosophy is based upon quality over quantity with clear and documented communication between the client, design team, and builder. The Edgewater office employs an in house CPA as well as responsible field personnel to ensure a first rate project. Kurt directly oversees all daily field activities utilizing his excellent organizational skills and eye for quality.
